🚫 No Outdoor Shoes

To maintain our clean and styled spaces, outdoor shoes are not allowed in the studio rooms for photographers, clients, or any team members.

• Photographers must bring clean indoor shoes or wear shoe coverings.

• Wedding parties must ensure their shoes are thoroughly cleaned.

• A damage fee will apply for standing on any furniture.

⚠️ A cleaning fee of $40–$120 will be charged if outdoor shoes are worn inside the studio.

🚫 No Food or Drinks

Food and drinks are not permitted inside the studio spaces to protect sets, props, and equipment.

🐾 Pet Policy

Pets are welcome with prior approval and a non-refundable fee of $40 per pet (in addition to the hourly rental rate).

• Pets must be leashed at all times.

• Pets are not allowed on furniture.

• The studio is family-friendly—please ensure pets are calm and under control.

💡 A $50 cleaning fee applies if your pet makes a mess.
💥 Any damage caused by pets will result in repair/replacement costs deducted from your deposit.

❌ No Subleasing or Time Sharing

The studio may not be subleased, shared, or transferred to other individuals or groups.
Violation may result in immediate session termination without refund.

🧼 Leave the Space Clean

Studios must be returned to their original condition by the end of your booking.

• Clean up all garbage

• Return all furniture/props to their original position

🔁 A cleaning fee of $40–$120 will be charged if the studio is not left suitable for the next booking.

⏰ Be On Time

Please arrive at your scheduled time. Early arrivals must wait outside as we do not have a waiting area.
Our staff will check the room within the last 10 minutes of your session to ensure proper cleanup and condition.

👀 Staff Monitoring

If we hear loud noise, dragging furniture, or violations of studio policy, staff may inspect the room (with a knock and verbal warning first).

👥 Capacity Limits

For safety and city by-law compliance, each space has limits:

• Studio : Max 8 attendees

• 🚭 No Smoking or Drug Use

• 🔥 No Active Flames Allowed (Fire extinguisher available on-site)

• 🔊 Keep Noise Reasonable (Studios are not soundproof. No explicit music.)

🚫 Booking Termination & Bans
